Account & Registration

Go to sixgam.app and click Register. Fill in your full name (as on your CNIC), Pakistani mobile number, email address, date of birth, and choose a strong password. Tick the Terms and Responsible Gaming boxes and submit. You will receive an OTP on your mobile — enter it to verify your account. The whole process takes under two minutes. Yes — you must be 18 years of age or older to register and use Sixgam. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. Sixgam carries out age verification as part of its KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed. By ticking the registration confirmation box, you are declaring that you are 18 or older. Providing a false date of birth to access the platform is a breach of our Terms and Conditions.

No. Each person is allowed exactly one Sixgam account. Creating multiple accounts — under the same name or different names — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with funds held pending investigation. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support@sixgam.app immediately to resolve the situation before it escalates to a policy breach. Duplicate accounts detected through KYC, device fingerprinting, or payment method matching are dealt with strictly.

On the Sixgam login page, click the "Forgot password?" link beneath the password field. You will be asked to enter your registered mobile number or email address. Sixgam will send either an OTP to your mobile or a reset link to your email — choose whichever you prefer. Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password. The reset link expires after 30 minutes so complete the process promptly. If you no longer have access to either your registered mobile or email, contact support@sixgam.app with your CNIC details for identity-verified recovery.

KYC on Sixgam requires a clear photo of the front and back of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). For address verification in certain cases, a recent utility bill or bank statement may be requested. All documents are uploaded directly through your account dashboard under Account Settings → Verification. Most KYC reviews are completed within 24 hours. KYC is required before your first withdrawal and may be triggered earlier if your deposit volume exceeds certain thresholds under our AML compliance obligations.

Deposits & Payments

Sixgam accepts the following PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (transfer from any Pakistani bank account), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees — no currency conversion and no exchange rate risk. The minimum deposit on Sixgam is Rs 200 for all payment methods including Easypaisa and JazzCash. This low minimum is intentional — it lets new players try the platform with a small amount before committing more. There is no maximum deposit limit displayed at platform level, though individual payment providers like Easypaisa and JazzCash impose their own daily transaction caps which are outside Sixgam's control. For larger deposits, bank IBFT is recommended as it typically has higher limits than mobile wallets.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your Sixgam PKR wallet within 30 to 60 seconds of a successful transfer. During peak times — particularly around major cricket matches or live events — it can occasionally take up to five minutes. If your deposit has not reflected after ten minutes, check your Easypaisa or JazzCash transaction history to confirm the transfer completed successfully on their end, then contact Sixgam support at support@sixgam.app with the transaction reference number. Do not re-attempt the deposit until you have confirmed what happened to the first one.

No — Sixgam itself does not charge any transaction fee on deposits. Every rupee you send arrives in your Sixgam wallet in full. Your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, or your card issuer — may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside Sixgam's control. If you want a truly fee-free experience, check your specific wallet's transfer charges before sending. Most Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet-to-wallet transfers within Pakistan are free or have minimal charges.

Yes. Bank IBFT is one of the supported deposit methods on Sixgam. Log in to your Sixgam account, go to Deposit, and select IBFT. You will see Sixgam's designated bank account details. Initiate the transfer from your internet banking or mobile banking app. IBFT transfers typically clear within one to two business hours during banking hours. Transfers initiated outside banking hours or on weekends may take until the next business day. Always use the account reference or description provided in the Sixgam deposit instructions to ensure your payment is matched to your account correctly.

Withdrawals

Log in to your Sixgam account and go to the Withdraw section in your account dashboard. Select your preferred withdrawal method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank IBFT — enter the amount in PKR, and confirm with your account PIN or OTP. Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification (CNIC). Once approved, Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals process within one business day. Sixgam has a 99%+ withdrawal success rate for verified accounts.

The minimum withdrawal on Sixgam is Rs 500. This applies across all withdrawal methods. There is no minimum number of bets or games you must play before requesting a withdrawal — as long as your balance exceeds Rs 500 and your KYC is complete, you can withdraw at any time. Note that if you have an active bonus with wagering requirements still in progress, the bonus amount and associated winnings may be locked until those requirements are met. Your own deposited funds minus any bonus portions remain withdrawable at any time.

Withdrawal delays on Sixgam usually fall into one of four categories: (1) KYC not yet complete — your first withdrawal requires CNIC verification. Submit your documents in Account Settings → Verification. (2) Active bonus wagering requirements not met — check your Bonus Centre to see if any active bonus is holding a portion of your balance. (3) Payment provider processing time — IBFT transfers outside banking hours process the next business day. (4) Security review — unusual withdrawal patterns may trigger an additional security check. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than six hours without explanation, contact support@sixgam.app with your withdrawal reference number.

Sixgam applies an AML-compliant return policy: your first withdrawal must be processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit, up to the amount of the original deposit. Any amount beyond your total deposit — i.e. your net winnings — can be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered in your Sixgam account. To add or change your withdrawal payment details, go to Account Settings → Payment Methods. Changes to payment methods may require re-verification of the new method before withdrawals can be processed to it.

Games & Betting

Sixgam offers crash games, Teen Patti, sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), esports betting, fishing games, and a full suite of casino-style games. The platform is updated regularly with new titles. Cricket betting covers PSL, Test matches, ODIs, and T20 internationals involving Pakistan. Sports betting markets include live in-play betting where you can place bets while a match is in progress. All game categories are accessible from a single Sixgam account — no separate wallets needed.

In a crash game on Sixgam, a multiplier starts at 1x and increases. You place your bet in PKR before or just after the round starts, and you must click "Cash Out" before the multiplier crashes. If you cash out in time, your bet is multiplied by the multiplier at that moment. If the crash happens before you cash out, you lose your stake. Each round's outcome is determined by a provably fair algorithm — the crash point is set cryptographically before the round begins and can be independently verified using the published hash. No round can be manipulated after it starts.

Yes — cricket betting on Sixgam covers PSL matches, Pakistan national team fixtures (Tests, ODIs, T20Is), and major international cricket events. Available markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs, individual over runs, fall of next wicket, and in-play markets updated ball by ball. Odds are displayed in decimal format and can be converted to fractional or percentage win probability in your account settings. All bets are settled in PKR. Sixgam's Teen Patti offering includes both live dealer tables — where a real human dealer runs the game via video stream — and software-based versions. On live dealer tables, you are playing at a real table dealt by a professional dealer; your opponents are other Sixgam players joining the same table from across Pakistan. The cards are physically dealt and results are determined by the physical deck, not a random number generator. All Teen Patti games are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Fishing games on Sixgam are arcade-style shooting games where you use PKR credits to fire cannons at fish swimming across an underwater scene. Different fish have different point values, and catching them earns you PKR rewards. Multiple players typically share the same screen, creating a competitive multiplayer experience. New Sixgam accounts are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount in PKR, and applicable wagering requirements are displayed clearly on the deposit confirmation screen when you make your first deposit — the exact terms depend on the active promotion at the time of your registration. On the Sixgam registration form, there is an optional "Referral Code" field near the bottom of the form. If a friend who is already a Sixgam player shared their referral code with you, enter it in that field before you submit your registration. Once your account is verified and you make your first qualifying deposit, the referral reward is credited to both you and your friend who referred you. A wagering requirement means you must bet a certain multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place Rs 10,000 in total bets using that bonus before the Rs 1,000 becomes withdrawable. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed and salted. All login attempts are monitored for anomalies such as unfamiliar devices or unusual locations, and suspicious logins are challenged with additional verification. For account-level security, use a strong unique password, keep your registered mobile SIM active, and never share your login credentials with anyone.

Act immediately. Go to Sixgam Login and use "Forgot Password?" to reset your password at once — this invalidates any active sessions on your account. Then contact support@sixgam.app marking your message urgent and explaining what you observed — unknown login notification, unexpected balance changes, or unrecognised bets. Sixgam's security team can lock your account, review the login log, and assist with any recovery steps needed. Check your registered email for any unauthorised password change or email change requests — if you see any, report them immediately. Never share your OTP codes with anyone.

Never. Sixgam will never ask for your password, OTP, or PIN through any channel — not via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or live chat support. If you receive any communication claiming to be from Sixgam and asking for your password or OTP, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond, do not click any links in that message, and report it to support@sixgam.app immediately with a screenshot. Sixgam's legitimate support team can verify your identity through other means without ever needing your password. This is a firm security policy with no exceptions.

Responsible Gaming

Log in to Sixgam and go to Account Dashboard → Responsible Gaming. Select Deposit Limits and choose a daily, weekly, or monthly cap in PKR. Confirm your selection. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling period before they activate — this delay is deliberate to give you time to reconsider. Go to Account Dashboard → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose an exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent. Confirm your decision. During self-exclusion you cannot deposit or bet — you retain access only to withdraw your remaining balance. Your balance is processed for withdrawal before exclusion fully locks the account. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends. Sixgam uses device fingerprinting, payment method matching, and identity checks to prevent self-excluded players from opening new accounts.
